Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Design and Operations professional to oversee the sales and design processes for our partners and their teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive the sales funnel for our partners to achieve higher conversion rates.
  • Lead the designing of 12-15 projects per month, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Coordinate the work output of our partners and their teams across 5 stores, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
  • Aid in hiring new designers through technical interviews, identifying top talent.
  • Train designers to meet predictable sales and design targets, promoting excellence.
  • Maintain exceptional customer experience and relationships, driving loyalty.
  • Collaborate with category teams and cross-functional teams to gather market feedback, informing strategy.
  • Guide the design and site delivery team, ensuring they meet delegated responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture or Interior Design and post-graduation in Project Management/Construction Management from a reputable institute.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the building construction industry, demonstrating expertise.
  • In-depth knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Proficient in adopting digital and technology initiatives, staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Ability to work under pressure, independently, and without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction, exhibiting adaptability.
