We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Native Technical Lead to lead the delivery of cloud-native and enterprise applications.

This role requires strong technical leadership, project governance, and stakeholder management. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with other teams while driving technical excellence, Agile delivery practices, and cloud adoption strategies.

  • Own multiple projects ensuring quality, timelines, and adherence.
  • Provide technical leadership across solution architecture, API integrations, and application modernization.
  • Define delivery roadmaps, manage dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Guide development teams on best practices for .NET Core, microservices, REST APIs, Azure App Services, Service Bus, Azure SQL, and Identity management.
  • Ensure security, compliance, and performance best practices in Azure environments.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and product owners to align delivery with business and technical requirements.
  • Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies, drive DevOps culture, and automation within teams.
  • Monitor KPIs, track risks/issues, and provide executive-level reporting.
  • Manage vendor/partner engagements for cloud and third-party integrations.
Requirements

We seek an experienced professional with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 12+ years of IT project/program delivery experience, with 3+ years in a technical delivery management role.
  • Strong hands-on background in .NET / .NET Core, C#, and Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
  • Proven track record in delivering enterprise-grade applications using Azure services.
  • Familiarity with containerization, DevOps pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, microservices, and API-first design.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
