About the Role:

The Technical Project Manager will oversee the successful delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and meeting customer requirements. This role requires strong leadership, project management, and technical skills.

You'll manage project teams, define project scope, create timelines, allocate resources, and monitor project progress to meet delivery milestones. You'll also act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Manage product and software engineering projects.
• Translate customer needs into project requirements and engage stakeholders for clarity.
• Establish a strong engineering team grounded in respect, empathy, and exceptional engineering practices.
• Lead end-to-end development and deployment of GenAI/LLM-based solutions across business functions.
• Partner with principal engineers to deliver best-in-class products and solutions to customers.
• Delight customers through high-quality solutions delivered through strong software engineering principles.
• Experience covering diverse customer verticals and/or different business areas.
• Breadth of experience stitching complete workflows that enable customers to accelerate their business.
• Strong programming background in Node JS, Java, Python, React.js, or Angular.
• Experience in cloud architecture and technology.
• In-depth experience with application, front-end stack, middle-layer, backend stack, or working with data from ingestion to dashboards.
• Anchoring engineering teams to understand issues and help engineers become un-stuck.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5+ years in a technical or IT-focused environment.
• Led end-to-end development and deployment of GenAI/LLM-based solutions.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), and tools.
• Experience working with technical teams, understanding system architectures, software engineering, and infrastructure.
• Familiarity with development platforms and technologies such as cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), databases, and APIs.
• Ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello).
• Familiarity with development tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Docker).

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, ScrumMaster, or other relevant certifications.
• Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Hands-on experience in building generative AI products.
