We're seeking a skilled E-commerce Video Editor to join our team at DTC Jobs. If you're passionate about crafting engaging video content for e-commerce channels, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As an E-commerce Video Editor, you'll be responsible for creating attention-grabbing video content optimized for our e-commerce channels, including product pages, social media ads, and email campaigns. Your goal will be to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to customers and drive conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Crafting Video Content: Develop attention-grabbing video content optimized for our e-commerce channels, including product pages, social media ads, and email campaigns.
  2. Editing Raw Footage: Edit raw footage into polished videos that showcase our products' features and benefits.
  3. Implementing Direct Response Strategies: Implement direct response strategies into video content to drive conversion rates and maximize ROI.
  4. Collaboration with Marketing Team: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts that align with campaign objectives and target audience preferences.
  5. Staying Up-to-Date: Stay up-to-date on e-commerce trends, customer behavior, and industry best practices to inform video content strategies.
  6. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality video assets.
  7. Integration with Marketing Collateral: Work closely with graphic designers and copywriters to ensure video content integrates seamlessly with other marketing collateral.
  8. Video Performance Analysis: Analyze video performance metrics and user feedback to continuously optimize and refine video content for maximum impact.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven Experience: Proven experience as a video editor in an e-commerce setting, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful e-commerce video campaigns.
  2. Video Editing Software: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  3. E-commerce Principles: Deep understanding of e-commerce principles and the buyer's journey, with a focus on driving conversions through video content.
  4. Creative Storytelling: Creative storytelling skills and the ability to translate product features into compelling visual narratives that resonate with customers.
  5. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  6. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
  7. Video Optimization: Knowledge of video optimization techniques for e-commerce platforms, including mobile responsiveness and A/B testing.
  8. Education: Bachelor's degree in film production, multimedia, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
