Project Leadership Opportunity :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the Technical Project Manager in leading, coordinating and reporting on various projects within a global organisation.

This role will also be responsible for project office-related tasks and customer implementation support, especially for software solutions. We work closely with the broader business to ensure smooth project execution, documentation and communication.

  • Work with the Technical Project Manager in tracking activities, timelines and coordination.
  • Assist in setting up and improving the project administration function at our organisation.
  • Maintain and support project governance, processes, tools and documentation.
  • Train and assist teams in adopting project tools and practices.
  • Coordinate reporting, communication and collaboration across project teams and stakeholders.
  • Support tracking of milestones, tasks, change requests and implementation activities.
  • Support administrative tasks including resource coordination, budgets and travel.
  • Ensure compliance with agreed project and project office processes.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in project coordination or project office roles, preferably in software solution delivery.
  • Experience working with software development processes and Agile/Scrum delivery.
  • Experience supporting customer implementation projects.
  • Resourceful – demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Tertiary education in a business or technical discipline.
  • Process improvement and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and adjust working hours to support global teams and on-site project needs.

  • Experience with Smartsheet a plus.
