Job Title: Project Manager Civil

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of civil projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with expertise in residential and commercial projects.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to deliver projects that meet customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving project goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including project progress, financials, and quality control.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and mitigate project risks.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as civil engineering or construction management.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the civil or construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with MS Project, Primavera P6, and other project management software.
  • Knowledge of SAP, ERP, and FIDIC principles.
