Job Description:
As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include preparing and implementing marketing strategies, analyzing market trends, and developing innovative ideas for campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare marketing objectives and develop plans to increase brand awareness
- Analyze market trends and create new campaign ideas
- Create activity calendars and ensure timely execution
- Assist the team in budgeting and expense management
- Edit and proofread marketing materials to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
- Ensure excellent execution of marketing collaterals, including brochures, sample folders, and exhibition preparation
- Proofread blogs, articles, and manage SEO activities
- Measure digital marketing performance using Web analytics tools
- Manage database marketing, including email, SMS, and Whatsapp campaigns
- Use innovative mediums on YouTube, GDN, and Remarketing to increase brand awareness
- Coordinate with Call Centre and CRM for lead management
- Prepare weekly reports of all activities, jobs with deadlines, and schedules
- Create purchase orders and monitor expenses
Requirements:
