Job Title: Senior Manager Project Finance

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead the financing strategy for solar projects, liaise with banks/financial institutions, and ensure timely financial closure to support the company's growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial structuring, project evaluation, and fundraising for renewable energy projects.

  • Lead project financing activities for solar projects (Open Access, Rooftop, and Utility-scale).
  • Build and evaluate detailed financial models including IRR, DSCR, payback period, and sensitivity analysis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Managing end-to-end debt raising process – from preparing DPRs and loan applications to negotiations and disbursement.
  2. Liaising with banks, NBFCs, investors, and credit rating agencies to secure project financing.
  3. Reviewing and negotiating term sheets, loan agreements, and financial covenants.
  4. Coordinating with internal teams (Business Development, EPC, Legal) for financial due diligence and risk assessment.
  5. Monitoring cash flow, loan compliance, and repayment schedules for ongoing projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA / equivalent with strong financial background.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in project finance, preferably in the renewable energy / power / infrastructure sector.
  • Proven track record in debt raising, project financing, and financial closures.
