Senior Engineering Leader – NVH Performance

Our team is seeking a Senior Engineering Leader to drive vehicle noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) performance excellence. This role will lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction through improved ride comfort, reduced noise levels, and increased overall vehicle refinement.

  • This senior engineer will be responsible for defining and executing NVH development plans, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Developing and implementing rigorous testing protocols to validate NVH performance, leveraging expertise in simulation tools, and analysis techniques to optimize vehicle design.
  • Coaching and mentoring junior engineers to foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead vehicle NVH development teams to achieve outstanding performance results.
  • Develop and implement robust testing strategies to validate NVH performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address NVH-related issues.
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers to improve skills and competencies.
Requirements:
  • 14-18 years of experience in vehicle NVH development, with a strong background in NVH analysis, simulation, and testing.
  • Expertise in applying advanced NVH development tools and methodologies to diagnose and resolve complex NVH issues.
  • Grounded knowledge in vehicle NVH simulation techniques to effectively predict and improve NVH performance early in the development cycle.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Design Engineering from a reputable institution.
  • Excellent academic record, ideally with a GATE score above 90% and from premier institutes such as IITs or reputed regional government engineering colleges.
