Operational Performance Optimization Leader

The Director of Operations is responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive dashboards, scorecards, and exception trackers to optimize operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dashboards and Tools: Collaborate with Tech/Product teams to refine and roll out operations dashboards or tools, ensuring seamless integration and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Governance and Compliance: Support city and cluster leads in conducting high-quality governance rituals, promoting adherence to organizational standards and policies.
  • Field Support and Capability Building: Track and follow through on agreed actions, serving as the 'ops conscience' of the organization and driving continuous improvement.
  • Onboarding and Development: Assist in the onboarding of new Cluster Managers and Center Managers, providing guidance and support for a smooth transition.

Maintain visibility into operational performance metrics, including attendance, trials, hygiene audits, escalations, and other key indicators.

This role requires strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in operational performance optimization, dashboard development, and team management.

As an Operational Performance Optimization Leader, you will be responsible for analyzing operational data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.

Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, leveraging your expertise in operational excellence to drive business results.
