Job Title: Program Service Manager

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Program Service Manager, where you will play a crucial role in leading and training trip leaders to deliver exceptional experiences for our travelers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing trip leaders who embody our company values.
  • Create and implement hiring and training plans to ensure all departures are staffed with excellent trip leaders.
  • Lead trip leader meetings, training sessions, and ride-alongs to support their performance and growth.
  • Design individualized training plans for newly hired trip leaders to help them succeed in their roles.
  • Drive achievement of regional excellence goals by providing live coaching, conducting site visits, and offering 24/7 emergency support.
  • Plan and lead annual and mini trainings in South India and Sri Lanka to equip trip leaders with the skills and knowledge needed to excel.
  • Assign trip leaders based on past performance and company needs, ensuring optimal team dynamics and customer satisfaction.
