Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for handling sale and operation planning of a defined product range from outsource suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute purchasing and logistics strategies to support the business by optimizing costs, quality, and reliability of suppliers and supplied products.
  • Design and implement plans and effective strategies for local sourcing of products/materials to reach business targets.
  • Support the Procurement Manager in implementing effective local sourcing strategies in line with business strategy to meet current and future business requirements.
  • Apply and implement procurement standards, tools, and processes in their own area of responsibility to secure quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability.

Requirements:

  • BE/BTECH in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a reputed engineering college.
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in Fulfillment and procurement.
  • Experience in rotating electrical machines or HT Motors will be preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
