Program Management Expert

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, multi-team initiatives and drive business growth through agile delivery of global enterprise IT infrastructure and security projects.

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for multiple infrastructure teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Coordinate cross-functional infrastructure programs involving multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment between infrastructure delivery and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps, release plans, and dependency management frameworks, guiding teams through scaling frameworks in large infrastructure initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Certified Program Manager (CPM) or equivalent certification required
  • Advanced certifications in Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

Experience Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in program management leading complex, multi-team initiatives
  • 3+ years of experience in Scrum Master roles with at least 3 years in infrastructure or platform teams
  • Proven track record managing infrastructure programs, including cloud platforms, networking, and enterprise applications
  • Strong background in IT Service Management (ITIL) and DevOps practices
