Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the development of cutting-edge Generative AI solutions.

This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their business challenges and leveraging expertise to design innovative GenAI strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Leadership: Engage directly with clients to comprehend their needs and drive the ideation and implementation of effective GenAI solutions.
  • Technical Architecture: Translate client objectives into actionable solution concepts, defining the architecture, data strategy, model selection, and tooling required for success.
  • Project Ownership: Lead the end-to-end delivery of GenAI projects, ensuring technical quality, alignment with business goals, and timely execution of project milestones.
  • Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor cross-functional teams, including engineers and data scientists, fostering best practices and ensuring project accountability.
  • Hands-On Contribution: While leading the project, remain hands-on with tools, models, and code to prototype, build, and troubleshoot complex components of the application.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the key technical point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing clear progress updates, and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to co-develop tailored proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and implementation roadmaps.
