We are seeking a skilled Purchase Strategist to play a vital role in supporting the procurement process for construction materials, services, and contracts.
The ideal candidate will focus on vendor coordination, timely material sourcing, negotiation, and assisting in purchase order processing to ensure smooth operations.
About the Role:
- Diligently identify and coordinate with reliable vendors and suppliers for construction-related materials (civil, MEP, finishing, interiors, and consumables).
- Assist in planning, sourcing, and procuring materials and services based on project timelines and budgets.
- Negotiate with vendors on prices and terms to secure cost-effective solutions.
This role involves being proactive in sourcing materials, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing process changes that drive efficiency and productivity.
