Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions combining large language models with retrieval mechanisms for real-world enterprise applications.
  • Implement document ingestion, preprocessing, embedding generation, and semantic search workflows.
  • Evaluate and benchmark various retrievers (BM25, dense embeddings, hybrid search).
  • Build and deploy scalable ML pipelines in production.
  • Ensure low-latency inference and optimize retrieval pipelines for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with software engineers to integrate RAG systems into APIs or enterprise applications.
  • Research and apply state-of-the-art GenAI techniques for improving retrieval, grounding, and hallucination reduction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Expertise in RAG pipelines using tools such as LangChain.
  • Proficiency with vector databases.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and ML libraries.
  • Knowledge of retrieval algorithms, embeddings, and ranking methods.
  • Expertise in prompt engineering and evaluation of LLM-based solutions.
