Job Title:

Senior Quality Assurance Manager

As a Senior Quality Assurance Manager, you will lead the User Acceptance Testing efforts for our Sales CRM Platform and Sales systems. You will collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to validate end-to-end functionality before production release.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement UAT test plans, schedules, and resource allocation aligned with Sales CRM workflows.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to align testing goals with Sales CRM operations.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee creation and execution of test cases based on business requirements.
  • Ensure coverage of critical Sales CRM processes.
  • Lead and mentor UAT testers and business users.
  • Track, analyze, and escalate defects.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams for resolution.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years in QA/UAT, with 3+ years in Sales CRM and Sales platform testing experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
