Telecom Network Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our Voice NOC and Technical Assistance Center (TAC) team.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of CUCM, SIP/SS7 protocols, SBCs, NGN, and VoIP troubleshooting. Familiarity with telecom hardware such as Dialogic, Sansay, Acme/Oracle SBCs, Cisco ONS, routers, and switches is also required.

  • Provide end-to-end support for telecom services—from ticket creation to resolution.
  • Manage & troubleshoot various VoIP features.
  • Collaborate with vendors on T1/T3 circuits, conduct head-to-head testing on transport layers.
  • Investigate and resolve fraud-related cases.

This role involves supporting and managing voice/telecom networks, troubleshooting VoIP services, and working closely with global vendors and carriers to ensure seamless operations.

  • Excellent communication skills (oral & written).
