Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will provide remote technical assistance and problem resolution for our products.

Responsibilities include resolving complex application issues, troubleshooting and debugging, documenting and verifying reported problems, and engaging additional resources when necessary.

  • Provide remote technical support and resolve technical issues related to our product suite.
  • Document and verify reported problems, and troubleshoot and resolve issues utilizing all available tools and resources.
  • Log/report issues on our CRM, and provide effective communication to customers and peers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience in networking, Linux, and Windows OS.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience in at least two from contact center technologies (including automated dialers & telephony), application support, telephony experience / SIP, XML scripting, object-oriented programming.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills
  • Nice to have: VXML, CCML, RDBMS, Microsoft LUIS/CLU, APIs, SMS.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced technical environment.
  • Flexibility to work outside normal shift hours and weekends as needed.
