D365 Technical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled D365 Technical Expert to join our team.
- Conduct requirement gathering and prepare technical design documents for project success.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of solution architecture, including Excel add-ins, data entities, system administration, and management best practices.
- Support proposal development and statement of work, including drafting effort estimation.
- Deploy projects with Azure DevOps and LCS.
The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge in X++ and functional extensions, forms, workflows, SSRS Reports, Dynamic AX Reports, Crystal Reports, Data Reports, Alerts, Notifications, and database design.
Key requirements include 3-5 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, ability to work with senior stakeholders, deliver high-intensity workshops, and drive large implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement fixes.
- Develop creative solutions to complex problems.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and organize delivery of solutions.
Requirements:
- Relevant certifications on latest products at desired levels.
- Strong understanding of delivery methodologies, such as Sure Step.
