Executive Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned business leader to spearhead our solar operations. As Business Head, you will be responsible for driving growth, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional results.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will oversee and manage the overall solar business operations, including strategizing business plans, identifying market opportunities, driving sales and revenue growth, and managing team performance. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders, ensuring adherence to industry standards and compliance regulations, and leading initiatives for sustained business development and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies, drive business growth, and ensure operational excellence.
  • Market Analysis & Insights: Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
  • Operational Efficiency: Optimize operational processes to ensure efficient production, distribution, and delivery of high-quality solar energy products and services.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute plans to drive sales and revenue growth, exceeding targets and delivering exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales management, and revenue generation, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, proficiency in project management and operational oversight, ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
