Job Title:

Management of Solar Operations">

We are seeking a skilled and experienced solar operations manager to lead our team of site in-charges, coordinate day-to-day operations, and implement best practices across all sites.

Responsibilities include tracking performance of multiple solar plants, identifying operational gaps, and implementing corrective actions to ensure targets are met. Additionally, the successful candidate will liaise with site in-charges for issue resolution, support recruitment and retention of site O&M teams, and manage weekly/monthly reports and documentation.

Key Requirements:

  • A degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering;
  • At least 7-10 years of overall experience with a minimum of 5 years in solar O&M as middle-level management.

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills;
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills;
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills;
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MIS reporting.
