As a seasoned software engineer, you will design innovative solutions that drive safe living and quality of life. We are seeking an expert in Low Code / No Code App development, with experience in PowerApps, M365 Stack, Front end Software development, and Open Stack.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead discussions around new and existing business requirements to create intelligible and unambiguous software requirements specifications.
  • Gather business requirements, lead technical requirement meetings, workshops, conference calls, discussion forums, and related meetings to design, define, and document solutions.
  • Design scalable technical architectures and solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Translate 5+ years of experience in executing business process mapping and business process improvement exercises using technology as an enabler into impactful results.
  • Demonstrate expertise in information systems and technology, including web-based technologies & architecture, service-oriented architecture, data architecture, microservices, and API design, custom software development.
  • Deliver consulting services like benchmarking, vendor/package evaluation, IP and competitor landscaping across our businesses and functions.
  • Provide guidance on technology choices, system design, and integration strategies.
  • Oversee the release planning process, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
  • Clearly develop and present findings & approaches related to resolving business problems through technology.
  • Utilize good analytical skills, knowledge of unified modeling language & software development lifecycle.
  • Manage large-scale systems development and implementation projects, working closely with IT.
  • Apply human factors to design and implement solutions that meet user needs.
  • Agile development methodologies & Lean principles training is a plus.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and take initiative without always being directed.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize critical tasks and projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possess a solid foundation in Full stack development (.net, Angular, NodeJS, Oracle, SQL, Low Code / No Code App developer (PowerApps, M365 Stack etc).
  • Experience in designing Application architecture and Data flow for application.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any stream of engineering or MBA in any discipline.
  • 8 to 12 years of relevant industry experience.
