Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Identity and Access Management professional to drive the implementation of cutting-edge Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions. As a Vice President, you will lead the migration project from Cisco DUO and RSA SecurID to Microsoft Authenticator, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to services.

About the Role:

  • Drive MFA implementation and migration projects, leveraging technical expertise to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on MFA technologies, providing guidance and support for integration and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with architecture teams to design robust MFA solutions that meet security needs and comply with industry regulations.
  • Develop and enforce MFA policies and procedures to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams and end-users on MFA processes and tools.
  • Implement monitoring solutions to track MFA usage and analyze performance metrics.
  • Conduct risk assessments related to identity and access management and propose remediation strategies.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical expertise in MFA technologies, including Cisco DUO, RSA SecurID, and Microsoft Authenticator.
  • Experience in leading large-scale IT projects, with a focus on migration and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks and industry regulations.
