Job Title: Identity Access Management Professional

 

Our organization seeks a skilled Identity Access Management Professional to design, develop, and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. This role involves customizing workflows, rules, and connectors to meet business requirements, as well as integrating SailPoint with various systems and applications for provisioning and access governance.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Customize workflows, rules, and connectors to meet business requirements.
  • Integrate SailPoint with various systems and applications for provisioning and access governance.
  • Perform role-based access control (RBAC), policy enforcement, and compliance reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver IAM solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity lifecycle and access management.
Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ development and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including provisioning, de-provisioning, access certification, and role management.
  • Experience with Java, BeanShell scripting, XML, and web services.
  • Familiarity with directory services (LDAP, AD), databases, and enterprise systems.
  • Good knowledge of security standards and compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
