Generative AI Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI developer to join our team in building key prioritized Generative AI solutions.

  • This is a temporary contract position with the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in Gen AI development, including multi-agentic architecture, agents orchestration, RAG, LLM evaluations, and APIs development.

The role requires strong experience in developing Generative AI-based solutions using frameworks like Langchain, Llamaindex, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Digital Products Teams in the AI Center of Excellence to build key prioritized Generative AI solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with executives and have excellent communication skills and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in technology, software engineering, or data science/ML.
  • 5+ years of hands-on coding experience in Python development.
  • 2+ years of experience in building Generative AI products at scale.
  • Experience driving end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Gen AI solutions at scale to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Experience fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) to meet specific Generative AI business outcomes.
  • Expertise in Gen AI development, including multi-agentic architecture, agents orchestration, RAG, LLM evaluations, and APIs development.

Note: This is a remote position working 11am-7pm IST, with a pay range of $18-$20 USD per hour (40 hours per week).
