Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to collaborate closely with our hiring managers and help them find qualified candidates for various positions within our organization. As a Freelance Recruitment Expert, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting talent using various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
  • Utilize various channels to source potential candidates and create shortlists of qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Negotiate employment terms and prepare hiring contracts.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a freelance capacity.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate management systems.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks independently.
