Executive - Inside Sales

Our team is looking for a passionate and self-motivated person to take on a key role within the Sales team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, as well as presenting, promoting, and selling our platform. You are results-driven, and excited about the idea of building an incredibly successful sales engine alongside a fast-growing team and evolving product. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will work with our Marketing Team and focus on identifying and converting qualified leads and collaborating with the support and operations teams to ensure a seamless on-boarding experience. You will bring experience and insights to help develop and optimize our sales process, as well as implement best-in-class sales practices and processes.
**Role**:
- Take 100% ownership for initial stages of sales development cycle: new business research, preliminary needs assessment/analysis and initial introduction and online product demonstrations.
- Actively build, manage, and report on sales pipeline build up using Web based CRM.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Understanding customer needs and requirements.
**Position Responsibilities**:
- Determine customer requirements and expectations to recommend specific products and solutions.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects.
- Perform effective online demos to prospects.
**Minimum Qualification**:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Min 0-1 year of successful inside sales experience in Logistics/IT/Software industry, preferred.
- Freshers can also apply.
**Requirements**:
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
- Experience working with CRM and proficient in excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Execution Orientation: Takes full ownership of activities and outcomes.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
