Job Title

Site Operations Manager - Key Responsibilities

  • Accounting knowledge and proficiency in managing cross-functional teams are essential for success in this role.
  • Oracle expertise and analytical skills will aid in cost optimization, variance analysis, and business performance monitoring.
  • The Site Operations Manager will work closely with Circle and Center teams to drive operational efficiency and governance.
  • A key focus area will be on resolving disputes and closing out issues related to MSA, billing, and CN/DN validation.
  • Additionally, the successful candidate will lead and drive initiatives to reduce costs and improve site operations.
Key Skills Required:
  • Sound accounting knowledge and experience with Oracle.
  • Cost optimization and variance analysis expertise.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
  1. Manage site operations, including statutory compliance, agreement renewal, vendor management, and acquisition of new sites.
  2. Drive cost reduction and rent optimization initiatives.
  3. Oversee new site delivery, existing site upgradation, and home pass harvest.
  4. Partner with Circle and Center teams to ensure seamless task execution.
