Customer Success & Product Operations Expert

This is a key role in shaping the Customer Success operations with Gainsight. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in customer success processes and be able to translate them into scalable Gainsight solutions.

As a technical and functional expert, you will collaborate across teams to ensure seamless adoption of Gainsight solutions. You will design and implement business processes, playbooks, and workflows in Gainsight to drive customer engagement and retention.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in CRM / Customer Success platforms, with at least 2+ years of direct Gainsight experience. They will also have a strong background in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation skills, as well as excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) on Gainsight for the organization.
  • Own the configuration, customization, and administration of Gainsight across multiple business units.
  • Design and implement business processes, playbooks, and workflows in Gainsight to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with global teams to deliver end-to-end Gainsight implementations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage integration of Gainsight with other enterprise systems.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Data teams to define KPIs, dashboards, and reports that deliver actionable insights.
