    • Determining current staffing needs and producing forecasts for various departments.">
    • Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans to support ramp up activities.">
    • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.">
    • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes.">
    • Design and continuous improvement of onboarding programmes.">
    • Assist in employee retention and development.">

  • Talent Management & Leadership Development:">
    • ">
    • Create and execute learning strategies and programs.">
    • Organize training programmes aligned with organisational objectives.">
    • Embracing different styles of training techniques.">
    • Plan and organise training programs.">
    • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system.">
    • Support organisation's wide leadership development initiatives.">

  • Employee Development & Engagement:">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.">
  • 10+ years of HR experience in automotive/manufacturing industry.">
  • Proven success in strategic HR leadership, OD interventions, and talent management programs.">
  • Strong knowledge of HRMS, compliance frameworks, and modern HR tools.">
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.">
