- Determining current staffing needs and producing forecasts for various departments.">
- Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans to support ramp up activities.">
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.">
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes.">
- Design and continuous improvement of onboarding programmes.">
- Assist in employee retention and development.">
- Talent Management & Leadership Development:">

- Create and execute learning strategies and programs.">
- Organize training programmes aligned with organisational objectives.">
- Embracing different styles of training techniques.">
- Plan and organise training programs.">
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system.">
- Support organisation's wide leadership development initiatives.">
- Employee Development & Engagement:">

- Lead Training, Development & Facilitation programs.">
- Enhance Employee Relations, Engagement & Welfare initiatives.">
- Drive change management and cultural transformation projects.">

- Support current and future business needs through human capital development.">

- Nurture a positive working environment.">
- Plan and organise various employee engagement initiatives.">

- Report to management and provide decision support.">
- Communicate Human Resources policies and procedures.">

- Manage, coach, and mentor HR teams.">

Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.">
- 10+ years of HR experience in automotive/manufacturing industry.">
- Proven success in strategic HR leadership, OD interventions, and talent management programs.">
- Strong knowledge of HRMS, compliance frameworks, and modern HR tools.">
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.">
