Senior Financial Professional

The ideal candidate for this role must possess hands-on experience in Zoho Books and be a proactive finance professional capable of handling multi-entity accounting, consolidations, compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end accounting operations in Zoho Books with precision.
  • Effectively handle multiple accounts, branches, and projects with accurate consolidation.
  • Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with accuracy.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor budgets and forecasts to ensure organizational success.
  • Manage cash flows and working capital effectively to minimize financial risk.
  • Perform accurate bank reconciliations and vendor/client reconciliations to maintain transparency.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable with timely follow-ups to prevent delays.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation, statutory filings, and audit requirements to avoid penalties.
  • Prepare and present Management Information System (MIS) reports, variance analysis, and financial insights to inform business decisions.
  • Establish and monitor internal controls, accounting policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain efficiency.
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities to ensure seamless communication.
  • Support management in financial planning and decision-making to drive business growth.
  • Identify and implement cost control measures and efficiency improvements to enhance organizational performance.
  • Maintain proper documentation, ensuring data accuracy & confidentiality to protect sensitive information.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Excel for reporting and analysis to provide actionable insights.
  • Strong experience in handling banking operations to manage complex financial transactions.
  • Coordinate effectively with other departments to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Demonstrate multi-tasking ability and adaptability to respond to changing business needs.
  • Work efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines to meet business objectives.
