Financial Leadership Role
  • Job Description: As a senior financial leader, you will oversee the day-to-day financial operations of our organization. This includes managing accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements.
  • Manage Audits and Compliance: You will be responsible for coordinating with auditors to manage statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
  • Cash Flow and Fund Management: The successful candidate will monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management to maintain financial stability. You will also prepare and analyze MIS reports, cost reports, and variance analysis for management.
  • Payroll and Vendor Management: You will coordinate with banks and financial institutions for funding, LC, BG, and other financial instruments. Furthermore, you will review and manage payroll processing, vendor payments, and receivables.
  • General Ledger and Fixed Assets: The role requires ensuring accurate maintenance of general ledger, fixed assets, and inventory records. Finally, you will drive process improvements and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
