- Ensure on-time delivery of product features according to the Product Roadmap.
- Support issue analysis/triaging, provide fixes during test phases, and resolve production issues to meet key Product SLAs.
- Perform thorough unit testing and participate in transitioning application components to testers.
- Present and highlight features in product demos to wider audiences/customers.
Requirements:
- A self-driven individual with ownership of technical designs, code development, and component test execution.
- An outcome-focused mindset, preferring automation over manual tasks and striving for excellent customer experience.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to prevent issues from becoming major problems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to stay focused on completing tasks and meeting goals in a busy workspace.
- Willingness to work across time zones and with remote teams.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in software architecture and design (REST/SOAP).
- Experience with cloud applications, including DevOps, Deployment, Jenkins, Jira.
- Knowledge of RESTFul Webservices & API framework, OAS3 APIs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering; Master's degree a plus.
- Experience with Agile Development practices and processes.
- Experience with packaged software (Products) preferably in the banking, insurance, or financial services areas.
