Key Account Manager for Product Implementation

Deliver exceptional results as a Key Account Manager for Product Implementation, overseeing the entire implementation cycle from start to finish. Drive business growth by implementing and managing large portfolios of key customer accounts.

  • Mentor team members to ensure they are effective in their work.
  • Implement solutions that meet client needs and design optimal configurations for each customer account.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and create project plans that meet expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in software industry.
  • PMP, ITIL certification is a plus.
  • 12+ years of experience with strong consulting, customer delivery, and people management skills.
