To strengthen our growth marketing capabilities, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Performance Analyst who will play a strategic role in optimizing and scaling our digital performance across global markets.

About the Role
  • Lead end-to-end performance analysis across paid media channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic, etc.
  • Develop and own advanced dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership visibility to inform data-driven decision making.
  • Translate complex data into actionable recommendations that drive measurable business growth by leveraging strong analytical skills.
  • Partner with Paid Media Managers, Growth Marketing, and Data Science teams to shape acquisition and retention strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on attribution models, conversion paths, and media mix optimization to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to building a culture of data-driven decision making within the organization.
Key Requirements
  • 7+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, media analytics, or digital growth roles with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Strong command of digital ad platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and emerging channels with the ability to navigate multiple tools and platforms.
  • Proficiency in advanced analytics & BI tools: Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and other industry-leading technologies.
  • Solid understanding of attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and ROI forecasting with the ability to connect performance data to strategic business outcomes.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills to present findings and influence senior stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
