Senior Automation Test Engineer

Highly skilled Senior Automation Test Engineer required to create and maintain automated test scripts for web/UI applications using Selenium with Java or C#.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web/UI applications using Selenium with Java or C#.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks and tools.
  • Work with Test Management tools like TestRail, Jira, and similar tools to manage test cases and defects.
  • Conduct integration testing and API testing using Postman/Jmeter or similar tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and tools, and contribute to the development of new ones.
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and at least 3 years of experience in Test Automation.
  • Strong experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts for web/UI applications using Selenium with Java or C#.
  • Experience of working with Test Automation Frameworks and Tools (Selenium Webdriver, TestNg/Junit, Cucumber, Maven/Gradle, POM) and other similar tools.
  • Experience of coding in Java/Javascript/C#/Python.
  • Good knowledge of integration testing and Rest/SOA APIs using Postman/Jmeter or similar tools.
  • Good knowledge of Object-oriented Programming Concepts and ability to implement them.
  • Good knowledge of manual testing concepts, test case writing, STLC and SDLC.
  • Exposure to/ Familiarity to SCM and CI/CD tools such as Git, Svn, Gitlab, Jenkins.
  • Exposure to/ Familiarity to Agile, Scrum methodologies, DevOps, and continuous testing practices.
  • Positive outlook, problem-solving attitude, adaptability to change and learn new tools and technologies are most important.
