Relationship Manager Job Description

This role focuses on customer relationship and customer servicing. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets through assigned leads, product mix targets, and supporting customers with pre and post-sales requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Meet sales targets through assigned leads.
  • Support customers with pre and post-sales requirements.
  • Focus on quality of business and persistency.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Any Graduate, but Under-graduate candidates can be taken with 2 years of experience in sales.
  • Min 1 year experience in sales, preferably in BFSI.
  • Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
