Key Performance Analyst Position

We are seeking an experienced Key Performance Analyst to lead our data systems, working with the engineering team to shape robust instrumentation and visualization capabilities, and collaborating with product and business teams to identify high-level requirements and build analytical frameworks and presentations.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading analytics functions for multiple projects, developing reports and dashboards that enable a more data-aware organization, and building and mentoring a team of analysts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the analytics function for multiple games.
  • Work with the engineering team to set up a robust framework for analysis of A/B tests.
  • Develop reports and dashboards that reflect the health of different initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop a team of analysts.
Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence/Data Analytics roles, preferably leading a team.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data modeling, predictive analysis, and proficiency in R, SQL, and Python.
  • Strong analytical orientation and consumer understanding.
  • Graduate degree in Engineering, Statistics, Operational Research, Computer Science, or Mathematics, or equivalent training or work experience.
  • Experience with Reporting/BI tools.
