Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

About the Role:
- We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment.
- The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of machine maintenance and hands-on experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair mechanical systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Perform daily machine maintenance and troubleshooting, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
- Implement preventive and predictive maintenance practices to minimize downtime and improve overall productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and meet business objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels.
