MS Dynamics Lead Job Description

As a seasoned professional, you will leverage your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to deliver innovative solutions that drive business growth. Your experience with custom plugin development, workflow creation, and CRM extension using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics CRM 2016 or newer will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop custom plugins, workflows, and CRM extensions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Dynamics CRM 2016 or newer technologies.
  • Design and implement Web Services, REST/ODATA APIs, and Azure Integration Services to optimize business operations.
  • Leverage PowerApps, Power Automate (Flow), Power BI, and Dataverse to drive digital transformation and enhance data management.
  • Optimize SQL Server performance through stored procedures, queries, and tuning to ensure high-performance applications.
  • Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver projects on time and meet stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation and customization.
  • Strong understanding of Web Services, REST/ODATA APIs, and Azure Integration Services.
  • Experience with PowerApps, Power Automate (Flow), Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server and ability to optimize database performance.
  • Agile/Scrum methodology skills for project delivery.
