Job Title: Junior Messaging Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Junior Messaging Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time, remote role where you will monitor and maintain network operations, manage and troubleshoot technical issues, ensure network security, and provide technical support to clients.

This is a proactive role that involves immediate issue resolution and supporting enterprise-level communication and messaging solutions.

  • Qualifications : Bachelor in Engineering

About the Role:

  • The NOC Engineer will monitor and maintain network operations, manage and troubleshoot technical issues, ensure network security, and provide technical support to clients.
  • You will be engaged in proactive network maintenance, immediate issue resolution, and supporting enterprise-level communication and messaging solutions.

Preferred Area of Expertise:

  • SMSC, SMPP, A2P Messaging

Technical/Functional Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in VOIP technologies, including familiarity with SIP and RTP protocols.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in A2P SMS technologies, including familiarity with SMPP and TCP/IP protocols and proficiency in PCAP analysis.
