  • Job Description:

We're seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the entire closing process for high-value transactions in luxury real estate. You'll work closely with clients, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and cooperation throughout the negotiation and document preparation stages.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Effective Project Management: Coordinate the closing process, ensuring timely completion of necessary documents and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Verify accuracy and completeness of legal documents and contracts.
  • Financial Transactions: Facilitate financial dealings between clients, lenders, and other parties.
  • Customer Communication: Provide regular updates, respond to queries, and address concerns effectively.
  • Document Organization: Maintain secure and organized files for transaction documents.
  • Problem Solving: Identify potential issues proactively and work towards their resolution.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships with real estate agents, attorneys, lenders, and stakeholders to facilitate efficient communication and cooperation.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of closing documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate and propose enhancements to closing processes and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, real estate); an MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable.
  • Experience:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in high-value sales or luxury real estate, with a proven track record of successful closures.
  • Skills and Abilities:
  • Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and sales analytics tools.
  • A client-centric mindset, strategic thinking, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • A deep understanding of luxury real estate dynamics and high-net-worth client expectations.
