Account Manager Job Summary

As a seasoned Account Manager at Sigmoid, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer success in Fortune 1000 companies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of brand building, sales innovation, and consultative selling. They will be a strategic thinker, innovative problem solver, and self-starter with excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement account management strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and strategy teams.
  • Lead and manage a team of account managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve business objectives.
  • Evaluate and scrutinize account growth paths, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategy to drive growth.
  • Drive change leadership, self-initiating process and project initiatives to drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement account growth plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in B2B sales and account management roles for Fortune 1000 enterprise customers.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in account management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise solutions, consultative selling, and project-based account management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on driving business outcomes and growth.
