Senior Meeting Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Meeting Coordinator to lead and manage a team of global meeting setters focused on scheduling qualified meetings with US-based prospects.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop strategies for cold calling, lead qualification, and meeting setting to improve conversion and appointment rates.
  2. Monitor team KPIs (calls made, meetings booked, show-up rate, etc.) and ensure performance targets are met or exceeded.
  3. Closely collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to align outreach efforts and optimize campaign success.
  4. Train, coach, and mentor appointment setters, ensuring consistent messaging, quality conversations, and high team morale.
  5. Utilize CRM systems to track lead activities and maintain clean data records.
  6. Continuously refine scripts, outreach strategies, and objection handling methods tailored to the US market.
  7. Prepare and present weekly performance reports and improvement plans to senior management.
