Digital Performance Marketing Specialist

This role focuses on transforming creative campaigns into measurable results across various platforms.
Our ideal candidate will:
- Develop and launch ad campaigns to maximize ROI and conversions.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently to reach new audiences and retarget existing customers.
- Design A/B testing strategies for creatives, audiences, and placements.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, provide actionable insights, and prepare weekly reports.
The successful candidate has 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably with fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands.
Key skills include:
- Proven track record of running profitable ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with metrics like ROAS, CPC, CTR, and CAC.
- Ability to collaborate with creative teams to brief and refine ad assets.
