
Cross Border Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and manage relationships with cross-border clients, communicating the value of Cashfree Payments in international business.
- Develop and execute robust sales strategies to drive merchant acquisition in regional markets, ensuring alignment with local regulations and needs.
- Engage key partners to promote Cashfree's cross-border payments solutions, fostering strong relationships and driving adoption.
- Contribute strategically to new market entry initiatives, aligning with Cashfree's cross-border growth objectives and delivering results-driven outcomes.
- Develop compelling value propositions for Cashfree's cross-border payment solutions, meeting global compliance and regulatory standards.
- Lead negotiations and manage contract development, securing favorable terms that meet client needs while driving business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to execute cross-border sales activities, ensuring seamless client onboarding and maximizing sales potential.
- Achieve targets related to GMV, revenue, and customer flows from international markets, driving sustainable growth and profitability.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales within cross-border payments, fintech, or foreign exchange
- Expertise in international markets, with a proven track record in cross-border deal-making and managing global client relationships
- Strong performance history in meeting and exceeding revenue targets, with a results-driven approach
- A proactive self-starter with the ability to innovate and improve processes independently
- Ability to manage relationships across multiple stakeholders and align cross-functional teams toward sales objectives
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and effectively manage high-pressure situations
- Demonstrated consultative selling skills and the ability to close high-value, cross-border deals
