Job Title:

Achieve Technical Excellence in IT Operations

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain scalable infrastructure for the enterprise.
  • Resolve complex technical issues related to operating systems and servers.
  • Collaborate with other teams to troubleshoot and resolve interrelated problems.
  • Apply optimization techniques to enhance efficiency of all computer systems.
  • Implement and maintain a business continuity plan to prioritize system recovery in the event of a failure.
  • Establish software standards for operating systems, servers, and virtualized infrastructure.
  • Evaluate new technologies to meet business needs or solve technical challenges.
  • Manage and lead root cause analysis, lessons learned, and prevention processes to deliver high-quality results that meet service level agreements and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or Information Technology.
  • Minimum 3-7 years of experience with sound knowledge of administering at least one UNIX platform (Linux, AIX, Solaris, HP-UX).
  • Knowledge of VMware virtualization technologies.
  • Understanding of hardware administration, physical servers, enclosures, basic knowledge of storage and networking.
  • Sound knowledge of administering Windows Server Operating Systems.
  • Knowledge of Windows Infrastructure services like Active Directory, LYNC, DNS, DHCP.
