Marketing Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee our brand marketing strategy and drive business results across multiple channels.

About the Role:
  • This position involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns that engage target audiences and foster brand awareness.
  • The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with sales teams to design and implement region-specific marketing activations and demand-generation efforts.
  • A key responsibility will be to craft hyperlocal content and media plans that align with the broader brand narrative, driving engagement and conversion.
  • This role also entails owning post-launch communication strategies, influencer programs, social media, and delivery-related storytelling to reinforce the brand's message.
  • The successful candidate will partner with agencies to deliver high-quality content across owned and earned media channels.
  • This role requires support for brand tracking, campaign performance analysis, and experimentation with new platforms to stay ahead of industry trends.
Requirements:
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing or integrated campaign roles.
  • Industry expertise in EV or mobility startups, consumer tech and electronics, premium automotive, fashion and lifestyle brands, OTT, gaming, or digital entertainment.
  • An MBA or equivalent degree is preferred.
  • The ideal candidate must possess a proven ability to own projects end-to-end with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Strong hustle and agility to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple project launches.
  • Creative instinct to explore and execute unconventional marketing formats.
  • Comfort working with field and regional teams to bridge brand and ground-level execution.
