Immerse yourself in the world of advanced technology, where innovation meets scalability. As a key player in our observability and CMDB engineering team, you will spearhead the development and operation of client telemetry and configuration data planes.

This role demands expertise in Datadog-first observability (logs, metrics, traces) and platform-agnostic CMDB/discovery practices. You will be responsible for building pipelines, enforcing tagging standards, driving Splunk-Datadog workload migration with parity, and improving discovery and service mapping in collaboration with SRE, Security, and product squads.

The responsibilities include:

  • Platform Execution & Enablement
  • Telemetry Architecture & Migration (Datadog-first)
  • CMDB / Discovery & Service Mapping (Tool-Agnostic)
  • Reliability, SLOs & Incident Readiness (with SRE)
  • Automation & Integrations

Requirements:

Our ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/IT or equivalent practical experience. Experience in Observability/Platform/CMDB engineering with production ownership at scale is crucial.

Desirable skills include:

  • Technical proficiency in Datadog (Logs, APM/RUM, monitors, facets/measures, APIs)
  • Strong background in multi-cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) discovery/inventory and CI reconciliation patterns (tool-agnostic)
  • Scripting skills (Python/PowerShell), parsing (JSON/grok/regex), and APIs IaC (Terraform/Ansible)
  • Familiarity with SRE practices (SLIs/SLOs, error budgets), containers/Kubernetes, and secure RBAC for high-privilege systems
